Brooke Wagner, LCMHCA
You have a story, and you don’t have to carry it alone. Whether you’re going through a tough time, facing a big change, or just feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll work on building healthy coping skills and strengthening the relationships that matter most to you. My style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in empathy, and I believe in meeting you where you are—without judgment. I work with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges.
I use a strengths-based approach to help you tap into your own resources for healing. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to support you in overcoming anxiety, depression, and stress, so you can feel more balanced and free. Other modalities that I pull from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy and other modalities tailored to your needs.
My work is all about helping you reconnect with yourself and tap into your natural ability to heal. If you're ready to start this journey—or even if you just have a few questions—feel free to reach out! I’m here to meet you where you’re at and work together to create a plan that helps you hit your goals and live your best, happiest life.
