You may be looking for support for yourself, your child, or your family, but are unsure where to start. You may know what you want to change, but feel caught up in everything happening around you. You may even know where you want to go, but not how to get there. Sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to start. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin to see a way forward.
I have spent more than 10 years working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with much of my experience centered on youth and families. My clinical experience includes individual and family therapy, where I have supported clients in building coping skills, improving communication and relationships, managing emotional and behavioral concerns, and working toward goals that give direction to their next steps.
I bring clinical knowledge, experience, and perspective to our work while holding space for what matters to you and helping you turn that understanding into meaningful next steps. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to explore thoughts and beliefs, build emotional regulation and coping skills, and clarify goals. Together, we can identify what is useful, develop practical tools, and adjust as your needs change.
You do not have to arrive knowing exactly what you need, having the right words, or knowing where the whole road leads. Showing up and being willing to look at what is happening is enough to begin. We can start there.
