Jenna McGinnis, LCSWA
Jenna McGinnis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who works with children, teens, families, and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
Jenna believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where clients can show up as they are without fear of judgment. She values creating strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, collaboration, authenticity, and compassion. Her approach is warm, relatable, and strengths-based, helping clients recognize their resilience while developing tools to navigate life's challenges.
Jenna practices from a trauma-informed perspective and pulls from approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
