Change can feel both necessary and overwhelming. I help clients move through that tension—learning to trust themselves, find balance, and create meaningful change through a holistic approach. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, clarify what matters most, and build a sense of freedom that feels authentic to you.
My approach is client-centered and draws from attachment theory, ACT, CBT, and other methods tailored to your unique goals. Informed by my background in teaching, dance, and social work, I bring a creative and integrative perspective to therapy, helping teens and adults build confidence, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with themselves. I help those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem and academic stress. Together we will create lasting change and progress.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to offer a compassionate space where you feel supported as you move toward growth, healing, and self-discovery. Whether you’re ready for change or simply curious about what support could look like, I’d be honored to begin that process with you.
